This smoothie bowl is my all time favorite quick breakfast. Even better, it’s portable. You don’t have to put it in a bowl. If you order this out, you typically have to wait ten minutes and it will cost you no less than six dollars. Just make it at home.
Here’s what you’ll need:
1) Frozen mixed berries – I like a combination of blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, and blackberries.
2) Milk – I use almond milk.
3) Fresh banana
4) Coconut flakes
I start by adding my frozen berries to my blender. Then I add milk to the consistency I’d like. (If I won’t be eating right away, I use less milk to create a thicker texture.). Next I spoon the mix into a bowl and top with the remaining ingredients. That’s it! I’m done in under two minutes. My blender cleans effortlessly. It’s a no brainer…a delicious no brainer.
