Salsa – Pico De Gallo

This is so easy and so delicious.  After you have it you’ll wonder why you ever wasted money on store bought salsa.  The key is to make it ahead of time.  Once it’s in the fridge, you’ll want to eat it on everything.  Salsa is not just for chips.

Here’s what you’ll need: tomato, onion, cilantro, lemon, lime, and jalapeno.  That’s it.  Chop your and mix your tomato, onion, jalapeno, and cilantro.  Then drizzle with fresh lemon and lime and refrigerate.  That’s it.

I put this salsa on everything.  It’s so simple and so good.  Oh, pay no attention to the avocado in the picture above.  I also made guacamole.  I’ll share that later.
